ORDINANCE NO. 646

 

AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE WIDTH OF THE ROADWAYS ON CERTAIN STREETS IN SLOCOMB'S ADDITION, AND ON FIFTEENTH STREET BETWEEN GRAND AVENUE AND GUNNISON AVENUE

 

 

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

 SECTION 1. That on Grand Avenue and Gunnison Avenue between Fifteenth Street and Nineteenth Street, in said City, the roadway shall be thirty-six feet in width and the curb line shall be twelve feet distant from the property line.

 

 That on Sixteenth Street, Seventeenth Street, Eighteenth Street and Nineteenth Street between Grand Avenue and Gunnison Avenue, in said City, the roadway shall be thirty-six feet in width and the curb line shall be nineteen and one-half feet from the property line.

 

 That on Fifteenth Street between Grand Avenue and Gunnison Avenue, in said City, the roadway shall be thirty feet in width and the curb line shall be five feet from the property line, except that said curb line on the west side of Fifteenth Street between Chipeta Avenue and Gunnison Avenue shall be thirty-three and sixty-five one hundredths feet distant from the property line.

 

 Passed and adopted this 19th day of March, A. D. 1941.
