ORDINANCE NO. 653

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10 OF ORDINANCE NO. 238

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 SECTION 1. That Section 10 of Ordinance No. 238 of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, passed and adopted August 10th, 1915, as amended, be further amended, so that as amended said Section 10 shall read as follows:

 Section 10. Dealers in cigarettes, $10.00 per annum, or fraction thereof.

 SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

 Passed and adopted this 3rd day of December, A. D. 1941.
