ORDINANCE NO. 657

 

 AN ORDINANCE FIXING TANK WATER RATES AND REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.

 

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

 SECTION 1. That water sold by the tank or barrel by the City of Grand Junction shall be charged for at the following rates:

 

 Minimum charge for 350 gallons or less . . . . $.35

 

 For each additional 100 gallons thereafter . . . . $.05

 

 SECTION 2. All ordinances in conflict herewith, and particularly that portion of Section 4 of Ordinance No. 486, which fixes the charges for water sold from hydrants by the tank are hereby repealed.

 

 Passed and adopted this 29th day of July, A. D. 1942.
