ORDINANCE NO. 674

 

 AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE WIDTH OF THE ROADWAY ON OURAY AVENUE AND CHIPETA AVENUE BETWEEN FIFTEENTH STREET AND NINETEENTH STREET IN SLOCOMB'S ADDITION.

 

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 

 Section 1. That on Ouray Avenue and Chipeta Avenue between Fifteenth Street and Nineteenth Street in Slocomb's Addition to the City of Grand Junction the roadway shall be thirty-six feet in width and the curb line shall be placed twelve feet distant from the property line.

 

 Passed and adopted this 6th day of September, A. D. 1944.

 I HEREBY CERTIFY That the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 674, was introduced, read, and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 16th day of August, A. D. 1944, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said city at least ten days before its final passage.
