ORDINANCE NO. 689

 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP WHICH ACCOMPANIES AND IS A PART OF ORDINANCE NO. 432

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 That the Zoning Map adopted in and accompanying Ordinance No. 432 and particularly referred to in Section 1 thereof, be and it is hereby amended and supplemented in the following instances, to-wit:

 (a) That portion of Residence "B" District as shown on the Zoning Map and described as follows: Lots 9 to 16, both inclusive, in Block 10, being located between the alley north of Belford Avenue and North Avenue and between Second Street and Third Street, in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, is hereby changed to Business "A" District.

 (b) That portion of Residence "E" District as shown on the Zoning Map and described as follows: Lots 17 to 32, both inclusive, in Block 81, being located between the alley south of Grand Avenue and White Avenue and between Fourth Street and Fifth Street, in the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, is hereby changed to Business "B" District.

 (c) 1. That the W1/2 of Block No. 1, all of Block No. 2, all of Block No. 3 and the W1/2 of Block No. 4, in the McMullin and Gormley Subdivision to the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, is hereby changed from Residence "B" Use District to Residence "A" Use District.

 2. That the E1/2 of Block No. 1 and the E1/2 of Block No. 4 in the McMullin and Gormley Subdivision to the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, is hereby changed from Residence "D" Use District to Residence "A" Use District.

 3. That Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, of Block No. 5, in the McMullin and Gormley Subdivision to the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, is hereby changed from Business "A" Use District to Residence "A" Use District.

 4. That Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, of Block No. 6, in the McMullin and Gormley Subdivision to the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, is hereby changed from Residence "E" Use District to Business "A" Use District.

 5. That Lots 7 to 10, inclusive, of Block No. 6, in the McMullin and Gormley Subdivision to the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, is hereby changed from Residence "E" Use District to Residence "B" Use District.
