ORDINANCE NO. 694

 AN ORDINANCE VACATING THAT PORTION OF EIGHTH STREET LYING BETWEEN LOT 19 IN BLOCK 2 AND LOT 1 IN BLOCK 3, ALL IN BENTON CANON'S FIRST SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO.

 Section. 1. That the portion of Eighth Street lying between Lot 19 in Block 2 and Lot 1 in Block 3, all in Benton Canon's First Subdivision, in the City of Grand Junction, be and the same is hereby vacated, reserving to the City of Grand Junction at all times the right to construct, maintain, and remove sewers, water mains, and gas mains, and appurtenances, and to authorize the construction, maintenance and removal of the same therein and therefrom, and subject to the continued right of owners to maintain and operated existing water, sewer and gas mains and pipes.

 Passed and adopted this 6th day of February, A. D. 1946.

 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 692 was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 16th day of January, A.
