ORDINANCE NO. 702

 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP ACCOMPANYING ORDINANCE NO. 432, AND BEING A PART THEREOF.

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 432, adopting the Zoning Map accompanying said Ordinance, together with the said Zoning Map, be and they are hereby amended by changing the following District:

 Section 1. That portion of Residence "C" Use District, as shown on the district map and described as follows: That part of the area north of Struthers Avenue, east of the alley east of Fifth Street and west of Sixth Street extended and south of a line approximately on the north line of Kimball Avenue extended, in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, is hereby changed to Industry "A" Use District.

 Section 2. That portion of Residence "E" Use District, as shown on the district map and described as follows: That area north of the above described tract east of the alley east of Fifth Street, west of Sixth Street extended and south of Block One (1), Grand Junction Town and Development Company, in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, is hereby changed to Industry "A" Use District.

 Passed and adopted this 17th day of July A. D. 1946.

 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 702 was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 3rd day of July, A. D. 1946, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said city at least ten days before its final passage.
