ORDINANCE NO. 726

 

 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 146, AS AMENDED, CONCERNING JUNK LICENSES.

 

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 

 Section 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 146, as amended, shall be and it is hereby amended, so that as amended, it shall read as follows:

 

 Section 3. LICENSE FEE FOR JUNK DEALER. Every junk dealer as defined by and referred to in Section 1 of this ordinance shall pay a license fee of Seventy-five Dollars per annum or for any portion thereof.

 

 Section 2. The City Council hereby finds that a special emergency exists; that this ordinance is necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety and that it shall take effect upon passage.
