ORDINANCE NO. 735

 

 AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING TANK WATER RATES.

 

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 

 Section 1. That water sold by the tank by the City of Grand Junction shall be charged for at the following rates:

 

 Minimum charge for 350 gallons or less . . . . $.50

 

 For each additional 100 gallons thereafter. . . . . $.05

 

 Section 2. All ordinances in conflict herewith, and particularly Ordinance No. 657, are hereby repealed.

 

 Section 3. The City Council hereby finds that a special emergency exists; that this ordinance is necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety and that it shall take effect upon passage.

 

 Introduced, passed and adopted on this 27th day of December, 1946.
