ORDINANCE NO. 737
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 321 CONCERNING THE MOYER POOL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:
Section 1. That Section 6 of Ordinance No. 321 shall be and it is hereby amended, so that amended, it shall read as follows:
Section 6. SCHEDULE OF CHARGES. That for the use of the Pool during the bathing season the following charges shall be made:
For all persons over sixteen years of age for use of pool and towel, fifty cents and tax; for rental of bathing suit, fifteen cents; for all children under sixteen years of age, for use of pool, and towel, twenty-five cents and tax, except on Wednesdays, and Saturdays between 9:30 o'clock a. m. and 5:30 o'clock p. m. of each week during the bathing season, when the use of said Pool is free. Season tickets for persons over sixteen years of age shall cost $6.00 and season tickets for persons under sixteen years of age shall cost $3.00.
Section 2. The City Council hereby finds that a special emergency exists; that this ordinance is necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety and that it shall take effect upon passage.
