ORDINANCE NO. 741

 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP ACCOMPANYING ORDINANCE NO. 432 AND BEING A PART THEREOF.

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 432, adopting the Zoning Map accompanying said Ordinance, be and it is hereby amended by changing the following Districts:

 Section 1. That portion of Residence "A" Use District as shown on the district map and described as follows: Lots 1 to 17 inclusive, Block 1, City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, is hereby changed to Residence "C" Use District.

 That portion of Residence "B" Use District as shown on the district map and described as follows: The south one-half of Lot 18 and the south one-half of the east one-half of Lot 19, the west one-half of Lot 19, and Lots 20 to 34 inclusive, Block 1, City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, is hereby changed to Residence "C" Use District.

 That portion of Residence "A" Use District as shown on the district map and described as follows: Lots 10 to 17 inclusive, Block 23, City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado, is hereby changed to Residence "C" Use District.

 Passed and adopted this fifth day of February, A. D., 1947.

 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 741, was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the fifth day of February, A. D. 1947, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said city at least ten days before its final passage.
