ORDINANCE NO. 769

 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP ACCOMPANYING ORDINANCE NO. 755 AND BEING A PART THEREOF.

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 755, adopting the Zoning Map accompanying said Ordinance, be and it is hereby amended by changing the following Districts:

 Section 1. That portion of Residence "C" Use District as shown on the map and described as follows:

 Lots 17 to 32, Block 136

Lots 22 to 28, Block 137

Lots 1 to 16, Block 151

Lots 11 to 19, Block 150

 is hereby changed to Business "B" Use District.

 Passed and adopted this 5th day of May, A. D. 1948.
