ORDINANCE NO. 776

 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCOMPANYING AND INCLUDED IN ORDINANCE NO. 755 AND CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN TERRITORY.

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 That the zoning map adopted in and accompanying Ordinance No. 755 and particularly referred to in Section 1 thereof be and it is hereby amended in the following instances, to-wit:

 (a) That portion of Residence "B" District as shown on the zoning map and described as Lots 15 and 16 of Block 131 in the City of Grand Junction is hereby changed to Business "AR District.

 Passed and adopted this 22nd day of September, A. D. 1948.

 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 776 was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular adjourned meeting of said body held on the 8th day of September, A. D. 1948 and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said city at least ten days before its final passage.
