ORDINANCE NO. 793

 

 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A SPECIAL APPROPRIATION TO THE MOYER POOL FUND

 

 WHEREAS, Since the 1949 budget was passed and adopted, it has become necessary to make improvements in the facilities at Moyer Pool, by making repairs, redecorating, and other remodeling,

 

 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 

 Section 1. That there be and is hereby appropriated out of the reserve funds in the Moyer Pool account to the Moyer Pool Fund, the sum of $3,000.00.

 

 Passed and adopted this 20th day of July, 1949.

 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 793 was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 6th day of July, A. D. 1949, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City at least ten days before its final passage.
