ORDINANCE NO. 794

 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NO. 321, CONCERNING THE USE OF MOYER POOL

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 Section 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 321 shall be and the same is hereby amended so as to read as follows:

 "Section 3. CHILDREN'S USE. That the use of the pool on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, between the hours of 9:30 o'clock A. M. and 5:30 o'clock P.M. of each week during the bathing season shall be free to children under sixteen years of age."

 Section 2. In the opinion of the Council a special emergency exists and this ordinance is necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety, and it shall take effect upon passage.

 Passed and adopted this 20th day of July, 1949.
