ORDINANCE NO. 805

 AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARY OF THE CITY MANAGER

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO.

 Section 1. That the City Manager of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, shall receive a monthly salary of Seven Hundred Eight Dollars and Thirty-four cents ($708.34) at the end of each and every month.

 Section 2. All other ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.

 Section 3. The City Council hereby finds and determines that a special emergency exists and that the immediate passage of this ordinance is necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety, and it shall therefore take effect upon its passage and publication.

 Passed and adopted this 15th day of March, 1950.
