ORDINANCE NO. 806

 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 755 AND THE ZONING MAP INCORPORATED THEREIN.

 Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado:

 Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 755, and the Zoning Map accompanying said Ordinance, be and they are hereby amended by changing the boundary lines and designation of districts so that

 Lots 1 to 16 inclusive, Block 73, City of Grand Junction, be changed from Residence "D" District to Business "A" District.

 Section 2. That in the opinion of the Council a special emergency exists, and this ordinance is necessary for the preservation of the public health and safety, and it shall therefor take effect upon its passage.

 Passed and adopted this 31st day of March, 1950.
