ORDINANCE NO. 809
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 755 AND THE ZONING MAP INCORPORATED THEREIN.
Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 755, and the Zoning Map accompanying said Ordinance, be and they are hereby amended by changing the boundary lines and designation of districts so that
Lots 10 to 16 in Block 4, Rose Park Subdivision, City of Grand Junction, be changed from Residence "A" District to Business "A" District.
Section 2. That in the opinion of the Council a special emergency exists, and this ordinance is necessary for the preservation of the public health and safety, and it shall therefore take effect upon its passage.
