ORDINANCE NO. 817

 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 755 AND THE ZONING MAP INCORPORATED HEREIN

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 755, and the Zoning Map accompanying said Ordinance be and they are hereby amended by changing the boundary lines and designation of districts so that

 Lots 22, 23, and 24, Block 5, East Main St. Subdivision and Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 6, East Main Street Subdivision be changed from Residence "C" District to Business "A" District. (North and south sides of Main Street east of 17th Street approximately 160 feet)

 Lots 13 to 19 inclusive, Block 3 East Main Street Subdivision and Lots 5 to 11, Block 4, East Main Street Subdivision be changed from Residence "B" District to Residence "C" District. (North and south sides of White Avenue from approximately 18th St. to 19th St.)

 Section 2. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 755, and the Zoning Map accompanying said Ordinance be and they are hereby amended by zoning the following districts so that

 The east one-fourth of the northeast one-fourth (E1/4 of NE1/4) of Section 15, Township 1, South, Range 1, West of the Ute Meridian, excepting Brown's Addition will be Business "B" District. (North First Street from Grand Avenue to North Avenue, excepting Brown's Addition.)

 Glenwood Subdivision will be Residence "A" District East Elm Avenue Heights will be Residence "A" Dist. North Sunnyvale Acres will be Residence "A" Dist. Eastholme-in-Grandview will be Residence "A" Dist. Avalon Gardens will be Residence "A" Dist. Del Mar Park will be Residence "A" Dist. College Subdivision will be Residence "A" Dist. Lots 1 to 11 in Exposition Arcade will be Res. "C" Dist. Lots 12 to 22 in Exposition Arcade will be Business "A" District.
