ORDINANCE NO. 832

 AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY IN DEL MAR PARK.

 WHEREAS, the plat of Del Mar Park has been vacated and the said territory has been re-platted according to the re-filing of the plat of the said Del Mar Park; and

 WHEREAS, the alley between 19th Street and 20th Street has been re-located so that a portion of the alley which was dedicated to the City under the original plat is no longer needed for alley purposes; and

 WHEREAS, the said portion of this alley has never been opened to public use and the vacation thereof will not cause any injury to the public and will be to the best interests of the City of Grand Junction and of the citizens thereof:

 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 That the following strip of land shall be and the same is hereby vacated, and that the fee title thereto shall be deemed and taken to vest in the owners of Lots 2 to 11, both inclusive, of Del Mar Park according to the re-filing plat thereof, to-wit:

 Beginning 30 feet north and 155 feet east of the Southwest corner of the SW1/4 NW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 12, Township 1 South, Range 1 West of the Ute Meridian, in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado; thence East 2.83 feet; thence North to the South line of Mesa Avenue; thence West 2.83 feet; thence South to the point of beginning.

 Passed and adopted this 21st day of February, 1951.
