ORDINANCE NO. 834

 

 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 755 AND THE ZONING MAP INCORPORATED THEREIN.

 

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 

 SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 755 and the zoning map accompanying said Ordinance be and they are hereby amended by changing the boundary lines and designation of districts so that:

 

 Parkland Subdivision will be zoned as Residence "A" District;

 

 Bookcliff Heights Subdivision will be zoned as Residence "A" District;

 

 Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of Sherwood Addition will be zoned as Residence "A" District;

 

 Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Block 3 and Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Block 4 in Park Place Heights will be zoned as Business "A" District;

 

 Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of Block 3 and Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Block 4 in Park Place Heights will be zoned as Residence "C" District; and

 

 Blocks 1 and 2 in Park Place Heights will be zoned as Residence "A" District.

 

 Passed and adopted this 4th day of April, 1951.
