ORDINANCE NO. 842

 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 755 AND THE ZONING MAP INCORPORATED THEREIN.

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 755 and the zoning map accompanying said Ordinance be and it is hereby amended by changing the boundary lines and designation of districts so that

 Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Belaire Subdivision shall be zoned as Residence "A" District

 Lots 1 to 19 inclusive and Lots 24 to 40 inclusive South Garfield Park Subdivision shall be zoned as Residence "A" District

 Lots 20 to 23 inclusive, South Garfield Park Subdivision shall be zoned as Residence "B" District.

 Passed and adopted this 19th day of September 1951.
