ORDINANCE NO. 844
AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING SALARIES AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:
Section 1. That from and after July 1, 1951, the City Manager of the City of Grand Junction shall receive a salary of $9,350.00 per year, payable monthly.
Section 2. In the opinion of the City Council a special emergency exists and the passage of this ordinance is necessary for the preservation of the peace, health and safety and this ordinance shall therefore take effect upon its passage.
Passed and adopted this 3rd day of October, A. D. 1951.
