ORDINANCE NO. 857

 

 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR BONDS FOR CITY EMPLOYEES AND REPEALING ORDINANCES NO. 185 AND 303 AND ALL OTHER PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.

 

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 

 Section 1. EMPLOYEES FILE BONDS. That the following employees of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, shall file with the City Clerk corporate surety bonds in the following amounts, conditioned upon the true, honest and faithful performance of their respective duties:

 Section 2. CITY PAY PREMIUMS. That the City of Grand Junction shall pay the premiums for the aforesaid bonds.

 

 Section 3. REPEALING CLAUSE. That Ordinances No. 185 and 303 and all other ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith shall be and the same are hereby repealed.

 

 Passed and adopted this 7th day of May, 1952.

 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 857, was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 16th day of April, 1952, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said city at least ten days before its final passage.
