ORDINANCE No. 859

 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NO. 321, AS AMENDED, CONCERNING FREE USE OF MOYER POOL.

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 Section 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 321, as amended, shall be and the same is hereby amended so as to read as follows:

 "Section 3. CHILDREN'S USE. That the use of the pool on Wednesdays and Saturdays between the hours of 9:30 o'clock A.M. and 5:30 o'clock P.M. of each week during the bathing season shall be free to children under sixteen years of age."

 Passed and adopted this 21st day of May, 1952.
