ORDINANCE NO. 898

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8 (a) 2, AND SECTION 8 (a) 3 OF CHAPTER 83 OF THE 1953 COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO, AND PRESCRIBING THE LOT AREA REQUIREMENTS FOR BUSINESS "A" DISTRICTS.

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 Section 1. Section 8 (a) 2 of Chapter 83 of the 1953 Compiled Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, is hereby amended to read as follows:

 2. Three thousand square feet within a Residence "B" District.

 Section 2. Section 8 (a) 3 of said Chapter 83 is hereby amended to read as follows:

 3. Fifteen hundred square feet within a Residence "C" District or a Business "A" District.
