ORDINANCE NO. 899

AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF ELEVENTH STREET, THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 22 OF MILLDALE SUBDIVISION AND A PORTION OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 23 OF MILLDALE SUBDIVISION, ALL IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO.

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 Section 1. That the portion of Eleventh Street of Milldale Subdivision lying South of the South line of Fourth Avenue and North of the North line of Winters Avenue be and the same is hereby vacated.

 Section 2. That the alley in Block 22 in Milldale Subdivision be and the same is hereby vacated.

 Section 3. That the portion of the alley running East and West in Block 23 of Milldale Subdivision between Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, on the North and Lots 29 to 34, inclusive, on the South be and the same is hereby vacated.

 PASSED AND ADOPTED THE 6th day of October, A. D. 1954.
