ORDINANCE NO. 911
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF SOUTH EIGHTH STREET IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:
Section 1. That portion of South Eighth Street lying South of the South line of the alley between Third Avenue and Fourth Avenue and North of the North line of Fourth Avenue is hereby vacated, reserving to the City of Grand Junction at all times the right to construct, maintain and remove sewers, water mains and gas mains and appurtenances and to authorize the construction, maintenance and removal of the same therein and therefrom.
