ORDINANCE NO. 912

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 83 OF THE 1953 COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO AND THE ZONING MAP INCLUDED THEREIN.

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 Section 1. That Section 1 of Chapter 83 of the 1953 Compiled Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, and the zoning map accompanying said ordinance be and it is hereby amended by changing the boundary lines and designations of districts so that:

 a.  Lots 7 to 32, Block 21, be changed from Residence "B" District to Residence "D" District;

 b.  Lot 3, Block 1, Arcadia Village be changed from Residence "A" District to Residence "B" District;

 c.  The south half of Block 5, Grand River Subdivision, be changed from Residence "C" District to Industry "A" District.

 d.  The south half of Block 74 and the north half of Block 81 be changed from Residence "E" District to Business "A" District.

 Passed and adopted this 20th day of April, 1955.
