ORDINANCE NO. 918
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BEING CHAPTER 83 OF THE 1953 COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO, TO PERMIT DRY CLEANING PLANTS USING NON-EXPLOSIVE AND NON-COMBUSTIBLE SUBSTANCES IN A BUSINESS "A" DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:
Section 1. The following provision is hereby enacted to be known as Sub-Section 7 under the heading "Business A" District (retail business) of Section 2 of Chapter 83 of the 1953 Compiled Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, being Ordinance No. 830.
7. Dry cleaning plants using non-explosive and non-combustible substances exclusively.
