ORDINANCE NO. 922

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 83 OF THE 1953 COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO AND THE ZONING MAP INCLUDED THEREIN.

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 Section 1. That Section 1 of Chapter 83 of the 1953 Compiled Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado and the zoning map accompanying said ordinances be and it is hereby amended by changing the boundary lines and designations of districts so that:

 a.  Lots 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19, Parkland Addition from Residence "A" District to Residence "B" District.

 b.  Lots 1 to 4 in Block 5 Del Rey Subdivision be zoned as Residence "B" District and the balance of the lots in Del Rey Subdivision be zoned as Residence "A" District.

 Passed and adopted this 20th day of July, 1955.

 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 922 was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 6th day of July, 1955, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City at least ten days before its final passage.
