ORDINANCE NO. 934

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 83 OF THE 1953 COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO, AND THE ZONING MAP INCORPORATED THEREIN.

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 Section 1. That Section 1 of Chapter 83 of the 1953 Compiled Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, and the zoning map accompanying said Ordinance be and it is hereby amended by changing the boundary lines and designation of districts so that

   Lots 17 and 18, Block 112 be changed from Residence "B" District to Residence "C" District

   Lots 15 and 16, Block 131 be changed from Residence "B" District to Business "AR" District.

 Passed and adopted this 19th day of October, 1955.

 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 934 was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 5th day of October, 1955, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City at least ten days before its final passage.
