ORDINANCE NO. 785

 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCOMPANYING AND INCLUDED IN ORDINANCE NO. 755 AND CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN TERRITORY

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 That the zoning map adopted in and accompanying Ordinance No. 755 and particularly referred to in Section 1 thereof, be and it is hereby amended in the following instances, to-wit:

 (a) That Section of Residence "C" District as shown on the zoning map and described as Lots 25 to 32 inclusive of Block 2, Craig Subdivision and Lots 17 and 18 of Block 4, Rose Park Subdivision in the City of Grand Junction is hereby changed to Business "A" District.

 Passed and adopted this 12th day of January, A. D. 1949.

 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 785 was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 5th day of January, A. D. 1948, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City at least ten days before its final passage.
