ORDINANCE NO. 945

 

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 83 OF THE 1953 COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO, AND THE ZONING MAP INCORPORATED THEREIN.

 

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 

 Section 1. That Section 1 of Chapter 83 of the 1953 Compiled Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, and the zoning map accompanying said Ordinance be and it is hereby amended by changing the boundary lines and designation of districts as follows:

 

 (a)  Lots 1 to 6, Block 5 (being the northeast corner of 7th and Belford Avenue) from Residence "B" District to Business "A" District.

 

 (b)  Lots 13 to 16 inclusive, Block 80 (being the southwest corner of 4th and Grand) from Residence "E" District to Business "A" District.

 

 (c)  Houlton's Re-Subdivision be zoned as Residence "A" District.

 

 (d)  Van Deren-Ford Heights Subdivision be zoned as Residence "A" District.

 

 Passed and adopted this 18th day of January, 1956.

 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 945 was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 4th day of January, 1956, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City at least ten days before its final passage.
