ORDINANCE NO. 952

 

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PARKING METER ORDINANCE WITH RESPECT TO "HOLIDAYS"

 

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 

 Section 1. That sub-division (e) of Section 1 of Chapter 46 of the 1953 Compiled Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:

 

 (e) The word "holidays" shall mean New Years Day, Washington's Birthday, Decoration Day, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Armistice Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas.

 

 PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 1956.
