ORDINANCE NO. 969

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 83 OF THE 1953 COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO, AND THE ZONING MAP INCORPORATED THEREIN.

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 Section 1. That Section 1 of Chapter 83 of the 1953 Compiled Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, and the zoning map accompanying said Ordinance be and it is hereby amended by changing the boundary lines and designation of districts and setting up zoning as follows:

That NE part of the W 2 acres of S1/2 of Lot 1, Grandview Subdivision, beginning 164 feet north and 180 feet east of the SW corner of Sec. 12, TWP 1 S. R 1 W. U. M., thence north to the south line of Glenwood Ave., thence east along Glenwood Ave., 141.4 feet, thence south 150 feet, thence west to point of beginning be changed from Residence "C" District to Business "A" District.

 Passed and adopted this 18th day of July, 1956.
