ORDINANCE NO. 977

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 83 OF THE 1953 COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO, AND THE ZONING MAP INCORPORATED THEREIN.

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 Section 1. That Section 1 of Chapter 83 of the 1953 Compiled Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, and the zoning map accompanying said Ordinance be and it is hereby amended by changing the boundary lines and designation of districts as follows:

All of Block 85 and the north one-half of Block 92 (being Grand Avenue on the south side between 8th and 9th Streets and White Avenue between 8th and 9th Streets on both sides of the Street) from Residence "E" District to Business "A" District.

 Passed and adopted this 19th day of September, 1956.
