ORDINANCE NO. 983

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 83 OF THE 1953 COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO, AND THE ZONING MAP INCLUDED THEREIN.

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 Section 1. That Section 1 of Chapter 83 of the 1953 Compiled Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, and the zoning map accompanying said ordinance, be and it is hereby amended by designating districts and changing boundary lines so that:

 a. E1/4 SW1/4 of Section 12, Township 1 South, Range 1 West of the Ute Meridian, Mesa County, Colorado, be classified as Residence "A". (Linda Lane Subdivision)

 b. Lots 7, 8, 9 and 10 in Block 4, and Lots 7, 8, 9, and 10 in Block 3 of Subdivision Del Rey Replat be classified as Residence "A" (Simadas Property)

 c. All lots in Regent Subdivision be classified as Residence "A".

 Passed and adopted this 7th day of November, 1956.
