ORDINANCE NO. 1002

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 83 OF THE 1953 COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO, AND THE ZONING MAP INCLUDED THEREIN.

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 Section 1. That Section 1 of Chapter 83 of the 1953 Compiled Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, and the zoning map accompanying said ordinance, be and it is hereby amended by designating the district and changing the boundary lines so that all property in the Weaver Subdivision, the Nelms Subdivision, the Smith Subdivision, the Treichler Subdivision and the Lutkiewicz Subdivision be classified as Residence "A".

 Passed and adopted this 3rd day of April, 1957.
