ORDINANCE NO. 1003
AN ORDINANCE VACATING PORTIONS OF NYLA DRIVE AND WANDA AVENUE IN BAILEY'S SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION.
WHEREAS, the portion of street hereinafter described is not being used for street purposes; and,
WHEREAS, the vacation thereof would not result in any hardship to the City of Grand Junction or the inhabitants thereof and would be beneficial to the interests of the public;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:
That the portion of street hereinafter described be and the same is hereby vacated.
1. Nyla Drive in Bailey's Subdivision in the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, except that portion of Nyla Drive platted as Hall Avenue and that portion of Nyla Drive platted as an alleyway between Blocks 1 and 5, both in Regent Subdivision of the City of Grand Junction.
2. Wanda Avenue, except that portion platted as Hall Avenue in Regent Subdivision of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado.
