ORDINANCE NO. 1014

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 83 OF THE 1953 COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO, AND THE ZONING MAP INCLUDED THEREIN

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 Section 1. That Section 1 of Chapter 83 of the 1953 Compiled Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, and the zoning map accompanying said ordinance, be, and it is hereby, amended by designating the district and changing the boundary lines so that:

Lots 1-17, both inclusive, in Block 133 be changed from Residence "C" to Business "A".

 PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of August, 1957.

 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance being Ordinance No. 1014 was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 3rd day of July, 1957, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City at least ten days before its final passage.
