ORDINANCE NO. 1025

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 83 OF THE 1953 COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO, AND THE ZONING MAP INCLUDED THEREIN.

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 Section 1. That Section 1 of Chapter 83 of the 1953 Compiled Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, and the zoning map accompanying said Ordinance, be and it is hereby amended by designating the district and changing the boundary lines so that

All of Block F and Block A Mesa Gardens Subdivision except the following described tract of land; beginning at the SW corner of Mesa Gardens Subdivision thence north 212 ft. thence east 250 ft. thence south 92 ft. thence east 80 ft. thence south 120 ft. thence west 330 ft. to point of beginning shall be changed from Residence A district to Business A district.
