ORDINANCE NO. 1053
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT IN REGENT SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1052.
WHEREAS, the vacation of the portion of easement hereinafter described would not result in any hardship to the City of Grand Junction or the inhabitants thereof and would be beneficial to the interest of the public in that a corresponding area is being deeded to the City of Grand Junction to complete the required easement area;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:
Section 1. That the portion of easement hereinafter described be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Beginning at a point which is 10 feet West of the Southeast Corner of Lot 11 in Block 2 of Regent Subdivision, running thence Northerly 115.8 feet, more or less, to a point on the Northerly boundary line of Lot 11 in Block 2 which is 10 feet West of the Northeast Corner of Lot 11 in Block 2, thence East 2 feet, thence Southerly 115.8 feet, more or less, to a point on the Southerly boundary line of said Lot 11 in Block 2, thence West to the point of beginning, in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 1052 is hereby repealed.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1053, was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 5th day of November, 1958, and that the same was published in The Morning Sun, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City at least ten days before its final passage.
