ORDINANCE NO. 1072

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 83 OF THE 1953 COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO, AND THE ZONING MAP INCLUDED THEREIN.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

That Section 1 of Chapter 83 of the 1953 Compiled Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, and the zoning map accompanying said ordinance, be, and it is hereby, amended by designating the district and changing the boundary lines so that:

A tract of land in the Southeast quarter, Section 13, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, U. M. described as follows: Beginning at a point 1429.4 feet West of the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter, Section 13, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, U. M. thence South 431.74 feet, thence West 520 feet to the East line of 21st Street, thence North along the East line of 21st Street 431.74 feet, thence East 520 feet to the point of beginning

all be classified as Business "B".

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April, 1959.
