ORDINANCE NO. 1085
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY IN BLOCK 3 PROSPECT PARK SUBDIVISION
IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION
WHEREAS, the alleyway hereinafter described is not being used for alley purposes being inadequate therefor; and,
WHEREAS, the vacation thereof would not result in any hardship to the City of Grand Junction or the inhabitants thereof and would be beneficial to the interest of the public, since another more adequate alleyway arrangement has been made;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:
That the alleyway hereinafter described be, and the same is, hereby vacated,
The south 124.1 feet of the North-South alley in Block 3, Prospect Park Subdivision in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of September, 1959.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1085 was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 2nd day of September, 1959, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City at least ten days before its final passage.
