ORDINANCE NO. 1086
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY IN MILLDALE SUBDIVISION
IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the alleyway hereinafter described is not being used for alley purposes; and,
WHEREAS, the vacation thereof would not result in any hardship to the City of Grand Junction or the inhabitants thereof and would be beneficial to the interest of the public;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:
That the alleyway hereinafter described be, and the same is hereby vacated.
The 20-foot east-west alley in Block 21, Milldale Subdivision in the City of Grand Junction, reserving unto the City, however, an easement 10 feet in width, being 5 feet on either side of the center line of the alley above vacated for drainage and utility purposes.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1086 was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 16th day of September, 1959, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City at least ten days before its final passage.
