ORDINANCE NO. 1089

 

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 83 OF THE 1953 COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO, AND THE ZONING MAP INCLUDED THEREIN

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION:

 

That Section 1 of Chapter 83 of the 1953 Compiled Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, and the zoning map accompanying said ordinance, be, and it is hereby, amended by designating the district and changing the boundary lines so that:

 

The South 159.9 feet of the North half of Lots 5 and 6, Capitol Hill Subdivision (Blocks 1 and 2, North Monterey Park Subdivision) be classified as Residence A; and the North half of Lots 5 and 6, Capitol Hill Subdivision (Blocks 1 and 2, North Monterey Park Subdivision) except the South 159.9 feet thereof be classified as Residence C.

 

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of October, 1959.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance, being Ordinance No. 1089 was introduced, read and ordered published by the City Council of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, at a regular meeting of said body held on the 7th day of October, 1959, and that the same was published in The Daily Sentinel, a newspaper published and in general circulation in said City at least ten days before its final passage.
