ORDINANCE NO. 1092

 

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 83 OF THE 1953 COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO, AND THE ZONING MAP INCLUDED THEREIN.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

 

That Section 1 of Chapter 83 of the 1953 Compiled Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, and the zoning map accompanying said ordinance, be, and it is hereby, amended by designating the district and changing the boundary lines so that:

 

The property beginning at a point which is 239.0 feet South of the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Ute Meridian, Mesa County, Colorado, thence South 72o52' West 673.7 feet along the Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad right of way, thence North 30o04' West 69.1 feet, thence North 59o56' East 494.7 feet, thence North 73o52' East 464.3 feet, thence North 62o55' East 463.6 feet, thence North 72o52' East 1100 feet, thence South 17o08' East to the railroad right of way, thence South 72o52' West to the point of beginning be classified as Industry A.
