ORDINANCE NO. 1131

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND ADDING TO THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP, WHICH IS A PART OF CHAPTER 83 OF THE 1953 COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO BY THE ADDITION OF CERTAIN LANDS TO SAID ZONING MAP AND THE ZONING THEREOF.

Faith Annex

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That the zoning district map, a part of Chapter 83 of the 1953 Compiled Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, be and it is hereby amended by adding the lands hereinafter described to said zoning map and zoning said lands as follows:

The East 100 feet of a tract described as follows:

Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Northeast quarter of Section 10, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Ute Meridian, Mesa County, State of Colorado, thence North 89048' West 660 Feet, thence North 200 feet, thence North 290 East 159.6 feet to the center line of the Mesa County ditch, thence South 79022' East along the center line of said ditch to the East line of said Section 10, thence South along said East line of Section 10 to the place of beginning

shall be zoned B-2;

With the balance of said tract being zoned R-1-C.

PASSED AND ADOPTED the 17th day of May, 1961.
