ORDINANCE NO. 1135

AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING MAP, A PART OF CHAPTER 83 OF THE 1953 COMPILED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO, BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN SAID CITY

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO:

That the zoning map, a part of Chapter 83 of the 1953 Compiled Ordinances of the City of Grand Junction, Colorado, be and it is hereby changed so that the following described property, to wit:

Lots one to eleven inclusive, Exposition Arcade, a subdivision in the City of Grand Junction, Mesa County, Colorado.

be classified as Commercial 1, under the terms of said Chapter
